The "Rouge Fruit" is a blend of sixteen white and red indigenous varietals, all coplanted (amongst herbs and wilflowers) and cofermented. The wine is fermented using indigenous yeasts and is bottled unfined and unfiltered. No added sulphur.
100 year old coplanted vines include: Carignan, Terret, Alicante Bouschet, Grenache, Barbarossa, Cinsault, Servant, Olivette, Gros Vert, Cardinal, Aramon, Mourvèdre, Muscat & Tannat
